Clients loved the end result with this $250,000 renovation.  They wanted to create a relaxed environment and casual beachside feel. Buy adding a covered verandah that the lounge and dining area opened on to gave them the classic “outside room”.  It also created the perfect place to sit and enjoy the large landscaped grounds.

$30,000 rejuvenation – after years on the rental market I set about bringing the property back to life.  New decking, painting inside and out, new bench tops appliances and flooring in the kitchen.  Outside high pressure cleaning and house washing plus some minor landscaping saw a dramatic change in this property. The furniture and styling added the finishing touches.  This allowed the clients to achieve a successful sale in a short period of time.
